- ABOUT FRALOCK
Fralock is an engineered solutions provider of specialty components and subassemblies using advanced materials for high reliability, severe environment, and technically challenging applications. We develop and manufacture custom integrated solutions.
Established in 1967, we are a critical solutions provider to Fortune 500 corporations, government, and targeted OEMs in a variety of industries including Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing, Medical and Life Science, Aerospace and Defense, Industrial, Electronics, and Energy.
Our ability to combine ‘seemingly incompatible materials’ and engineer custom components is the reason industry leaders come to us to develop solutions that ensure performance uniformity with special purpose polymers, foils, ceramics, adhesives, adhesiveless materials.
Fralock is part of the Fralock Group (Valencia, California), which operates over 200,000 sq.ft. in state-of-the-art facilities in southern California, and employs over 500 highly-qualified people. We provide product design, development, engineering, prototyping, and complete manufacturing services using an ISO 9001, AS9100 and an ISO 13485 certified Quality Management system. Fralock is FDA and ITAR registered.
Fralock’s established relationships with its suppliers ensure reliable and cost-effective supplies of raw material. We are the sole worldwide licensee and producer of DuPont™ CIRLEX® and distributor of DuPont™ White Kapton polyimide laminates.
We provide full in-house manufacturing capabilities combined with small enterprise agility. Through our extensive experience and history of innovation we have developed unique pioneered manufacturing processes to produce highly rugged and durable components that satisfy or exceed our customers’ demanding requirements
